  • Homeowner Milestones: Supervise/conduct pre-closing meetings, orientation demonstrations, celebrations, and 30-day post-close visits.
  • Quality Certification: Review and certify completion of each home in your community, upholding zero-defect standards.
  • Community Management: Direct all customer relations aspects, including field meetings with trade partners, construction, and sales staff.
