• Tracking and reporting maintenance KPIs and in-process measures.
• Managing equipment design changes and adherence to corrective maintenance procedures.
• Developing improvement plans, identifying losses, and owning action plans for themes.
• Championing continuous improvement, reducing breakdowns, and optimizing scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Updating standards, reducing costs, and increasing planned maintenance for predictable performance.
