  • Work with the warehouse solutions team to meet customer requirements in a timely manner, preparing appropriate documents, communicating temperature requirements, updating the TMW system with driver arrival information, verifying accuracy, creating labels, and ensuring all documents are complete and accurate
  • Coordinate the assignment of clients to the appropriate loading dock to create efficiency for the warehouse team and prevent outbound/inbound delays
  • Liaise with the customer service representative regarding customer requests or demands (e.g., shipping delays, same-day shipments), and coordinate special same-day shipping requests
