Lineage Logistics
The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance-related activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing a team of maintenance professionals, and developing and adhering to budgets.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management. Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical fundamentals are also essential.
The work environment can vary depending on the facility, with temperatures ranging from -20°F in cold storage sites to 100°F in dry storage sites. Employees are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment. Noise levels can also vary.
