A Day in the Life of a Continuous Improvement Lead

As the Continuous Improvement Lead, your day-to-day activities will be dynamic and varied, focusing on driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will:

• Lead the Christchurch pilot Lean program, guiding it to accreditation.
• Develop and implement a standardized, scalable approach for CI across the Christchurch sites, leveraging Lineage's global Lean toolkit.

• Conduct value-stream mapping to analyze and optimize processes.
