Role Overview

Lineage Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas (Gold Spike – PRW) for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products within our cold storage facility. As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for utilizing a stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while adhering to all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. A Day in the Life

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, your day will consist of a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for putting away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height, as well as picking palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and setting them up for outbound shipment. You will also need to choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via our Radio Frequency (RF) system. Loading and unloading materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices is another key responsibility. In addition to operating the forklift, you will complete daily maintenance checks, monitor battery charge, maintain and clean batteries, and ensure the material handling equipment is at the proper charging station. Your day will also include working with other machinery and material handling equipment as needed. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
