Role Overview

Lineage Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Riverside, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. You will work closely with Operations leadership to ensure that company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are consistently met. This is a 1st shift position, working Wednesday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

A Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your day will be dynamic and involve a variety of tasks, including:

• Supervising, training, and providing performance feedback to warehouse team members.
• Assigning duties to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Managing operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Overseeing the organization of merchandise and maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Planning production schedules and resource allocation to meet job assignments.
