Role Overview

As the Manager, Operations (Dairy) in Timaru, you will lead a team of over 30 staff and report to the General Manager. Your primary responsibility is to drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of excellence and safety. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
