Role Overview

The Linen Runner position at our Sunnyvale, California location is a vital housekeeping support role, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction. In this full-time position, you'll stock linen closets, assist room attendants, and maintain impeccable cleanliness across front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Key Responsibilities

As a Linen Runner, your daily tasks will keep our hotel running smoothly:

• Stock linen closets on each floor with clean linen, terry, toiletries, coffee, tissue, and toilet paper.
• Assist room attendants by stripping check-out rooms, removing soiled linen, trash, and recycling from carts, rooms, and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of elevator landings, guest hallways, service landings, and linen closets through vacuuming, dusting, glass cleaning, and trash removal.
• Collect dirty glassware (tumblers, rocks glasses, coffee mugs) for washing and return clean items to service areas.
• Deliver additional linen to room attendants, flip mattresses, change bed skirts, and perform inventory on housekeeping items as needed.
• Report maintenance needs, secure rooms/suites, and handle guest requests or complaints with empathy and solutions.
• Follow all safety protocols, COVID guidelines, and proper use of cleaning products.
