Appointment Scheduler (Bilingual Spanish Required)

BMW of Monterey is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to support our busy luxury Service Department. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing high call volume and scheduling service appointments efficiently.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)
  • Service Department Hours:
    • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Closed Sundays

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and scheduling software
  • Efficient typing and basic computer proficiency
