Body Shop Technician Needed at Priority Ford Body Shop

Priority Ford’s Body Shop in Norfolk is looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician who takes pride in quality repairs and wants to be part of a top-performing team. If you’re motivated, skilled, and ready to work in a busy, well-equipped shop, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform structural, mechanical, and cosmetic collision repairs

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles according to repair plans

• Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technicians

• Ensure all repairs meet OEM and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a collision/body shop technician

• Ability to read and follow repair plans

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Welding, frame, or structural repair experience a plus

• Team-oriented attitude and dependability
