Baierl Chevy, part of the Lithia & Driveway Family, is busier than ever! We are searching for a customer-focused, results-driven, Body Shop Estimator for our Body Shop. Our ideal candidate must be reliable, exemplify outstanding customer service, and excel as a team player. We are looking for someone who can uncover damage and develop positive outcomes that result in a high level of customer satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 1-3 years prior experience of collision related shop experience is required
- Great personality
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Organizational skill
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
