What You’ll Do

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchase process

  • Deliver a premium, transparent, and personalized buying experience

  • Present vehicle features, model options, and purchase/finance solutions clearly and confidently

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers

  • Ensure consistent and timely follow-up throughout the sales process

  • Track customer interactions and progress using dealership systems and CRM tools

  • Stay current on new products, features, and brand updates through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive sales experience preferred (luxury or high-line experience is a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to perform

  • Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
