What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years of Dealership Finance Manager experience required

• Honda experience highly preferred

• Proven, verifiable track record of high performance

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

• Strong integrity, customer focus, and ability to follow established processes

• Goal-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and computer proficiency
