Future Sales Representative Opportunities

Lithia & Driveway is preparing for future growth, and we're looking to build a talent pool of enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals for upcoming Sales Representative roles across our dealership network.

What You Will Do:

  • Greet and assist customers with vehicle inquiries and test drives

  • Provide expert product knowledge and present vehicle features and benefits

  • Develop relationships and follow up with leads and prospects

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets

  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences from first contact through delivery

What We Are Looking For:

  • A passion for sales and a genuine interest in the automotive industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Valid driver’s license

The annual estimated earnings range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
