  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and buying process
  • Present product features, benefits, and finance options clearly and confidently
  • Build long‑term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow‑up
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and training to maintain your edge
  • Take ownership of your goals and celebrate your wins with a supportive, high‑performing team

Qualifications:

  • Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with the desire to succeed
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
