Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
  • Create an exceptional buying experience that builds long‑term customer relationships
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle
  • Learn and present vehicle features, model options, financing choices, and dealership services
  • Follow up promptly and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
  • Track customers using store‑specific management systems
  • Stay current on new products, features, and accessories
  • Attend product and training courses to continuously improve your skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive sales is a plus
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
