Internet Sales Representatives

DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing an exceptional car-buying experience. We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Internet Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to online inquiries, engaging potential customers through various digital platforms, and guiding them through the sales process. Your goal is to convert leads into buyers by providing top-tier customer service and product knowledge.

  • Respond promptly to online leads via email, phone, and chat.
  • Follow up with potential buyers to maintain engagement.
  • Schedule appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online sales tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $68,640 to $146,587, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
