Key Responsibilities

Allocation Management

  • Manage vehicle allocation, including preferencing and ordering.

  • Learn and understand model numbers, colors, and equipment packages.

  • Leverage AI tools to optimize allocation decisions and predict demand trends.

Inventory Analysis

  • Monitor inventory trends and order limitations.

  • Gain proficiency in the Ford WBDO system and order processes.

  • Use AI-driven analytics to identify patterns, forecast inventory needs, and improve ordering accuracy.

Communication

  • Participate in wholesale meetings with manufacturer representatives.

  • Collaborate with the management team, Loaner Administrator, and DT drivers.

  • Utilize AI-powered reporting tools to streamline communication and provide actionable insights.

Dealer Trades

  • Coordinate dealer trades, ensuring:

    • Timely pick-up and drop-off.

    • No damage during transport.

    • Financial equality and alignment with dealership needs.

  • Manage driver schedules, routes, gas cards, dealer plates, and related logistics.

  • Apply AI-based route optimization for efficient scheduling and cost savings.

Physical Inventory Audits

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure:

    • Proper key management.

    • Accurate lot location tracking.

    • Vehicle condition (cleanliness, tire pressure, battery health, etc.).

  • Implement AI-assisted audit tools for faster and more accurate inventory checks.

Loaner Program Management

  • Oversee loaner vehicle inventory and key management.

  • Enforce program guidelines for mileage and time limits.

  • Evaluate loaner vehicles against inventory needs.

  • Work with the Loaner Administrator on aging vehicles, maintenance, and overall condition.

  • Use AI to monitor loaner utilization, predict maintenance needs, and optimize fleet performance.
