Main Line Service Advisor

Pay: $5,000 - $10,000/monthly - based on performance

We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Main Line Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional service experience while maximizing sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and sales who is looking to grow with a respected, high-performing company.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice.
  • Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle needs.
  • Clearly explain services, repairs, and estimates to customers.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance satisfaction and performance.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management.
