Responsibilities
The New Vehicle Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
- Ensure sales goals are attained
- Sales Staff Recruiting, Training and Development
- Manage daily activity of the sales staff
- Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
- Track ad sourcing
Qualifications
We are searching for a true leader with the ability to train and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
- 2-3 years dealership sales management experience required
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Superior auto sales and sales management experience
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

80,000 - 200,000 USD / yearly
