Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid - working from various dealerships)

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 annually

About the Role

We’re looking for a People & Culture Partner to support leaders across the business with a strong focus on talent acquisition and people partnership. In this role, you’ll help shape hiring strategies, attract top talent, and support employee growth—all while reinforcing a culture that aligns with our business goals and values.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned teams, from intake through offer.

  • Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive talent strategies.

  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and community partnerships.

  • Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.

People Partnership & Development

  • Promote internal opportunities and support a culture of growth and development.

  • Assist leaders in identifying and developing internal talent.

  • Support employee development conversations and growth planning.

Collaboration & Culture

  • Support engagement initiatives and reinforce company values.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, connecting them with People & Culture programs and expertise.

  • Collaborate with People & Culture team members to ensure consistent support across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of HR experience, including recruiting, HR generalist, or talent-related roles.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders.

  • Excellent organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
