Now Hiring: Master Level Service Technician!

Are you passionate about repairing vehicles, and thrive on solving complex automotive challenges and pushing vehicles to peak performance? If so, we want you on our team!​

Responsibilities

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction.
  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
  • Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
  • Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ford master level certifications strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working as a technician required
  • Customer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 105% Customer Pay Repairs

The CA base pay range for this position is $25.00 - $71.75 hourly/flat rate. 
Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position.
