Service/Sales BDC Administrator

Pay: $25.00/Hourly

Schedule: Full-time

Kick off the New Year with a fresh start!

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Service/Sales BDC Administrator to support our Service and Sales Business Development Center. This role manages customer communication and follow-up for both sales and service customers, supporting the dealership’s Sales and Service Departments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The BDC Administrator plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, improving customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer retention. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and brings 5+ years of experience in reception, office administration, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage high call volumes and accurately route calls
  • Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Follow up with customers to support appointment attendance and retention efforts
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Service and Sales BDC teams
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and document management
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reception, office administration, and customer service (phone and in-person)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
