This internship is designed to give exposure to various areas of the store, while providing supplemental training necessary to accelerate career growth.

The rotations will provide hands-on experience in key store functions, including Sales/F&I, Service, and Back Office, allowing participants to gain valuable insights and develop expertise across these essential areas of operations.

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into sales, profitability, inventory, and back-office operations
• Analyze KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
• Build financial skills through reconciliation and month-end close support
• Rotate through specialized areas aligned with store needs and career goals

 Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with goal-setting and time management abilities
• Able to multitask and prioritize projects in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
