At Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills, we're looking for a Used Car Automotive Service Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused service team. Helping satisfied customers drive away with confidence is what we do best — and we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do

As a Used Car Tech, you’ll be responsible for performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently and accurately, ensuring every pre-owned vehicle meets our quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately diagnose and repair pre-owned vehicles per manufacturer and dealership standards

• Perform inspections and safety checks on incoming used inventory

• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs

• Document work performed and maintain proper records

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Maintain your own set of basic automotive tools

What We’re Looking For

• Prior automotive repair experience (used/pre-owned vehicle experience is a plus!)

• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred, but not required

• Team players with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18+)
