This position is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who takes pride in reconditioning vehicles to the highest standards before they reach our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues on pre-owned vehicles
• Complete maintenance services including brakes, suspension, steering, engine repairs, and drivability concerns
• Ensure vehicles are road-ready, safe, and meet quality expectations prior to sale
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and reconditioning work
• Work efficiently to meet recon timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with service advisors, sales, and management to ensure smooth vehicle flow

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required. With a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
