BMW of Ann Arbor is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in January 2026, and we’re building a leadership team that can move quickly, think clearly, and raise the bar every single day.
This role is for a driven, extroverted leader who thrives in motion. Someone who loves the sales floor, lives in the details, and believes the best leaders serve their team first and results follow.
If you bring energy, precision, and accountability, this is a seat with real influence.
What You’ll Own
  • Lead from the front. You’re on the floor, in the deals, coaching in real time. Your presence sets the pace and the tone.
  • Build people, not just numbers. Train, develop, and elevate your team through daily interaction, clear standards, and consistent follow-up.
  • Move fast, stay sharp. Price, appraise, and position inventory with urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Deliver a premium experience. Every guest interaction should feel personal, intentional, and worthy of the BMW name.
  • Run a clean operation. Inventory accuracy, reconditioning standards, deal structure, and compliance all matter here.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success managing a high-volume, high-performance used car operation
  • Confident closer who understands how to structure clean, profitable deals
  • Strong working knowledge of VAuto and modern inventory tools
  • Naturally outgoing, competitive, and comfortable leading people
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to move at a quicker-than-normal pace
  • A servant leader who holds people accountable while having their back
BMW experience is a plus, but leadership, urgency, and execution matter most.
