Key Responsibilities

As a PepsiCo Delivery Driver, your day-to-day duties ensure seamless product flow and store satisfaction:

• Operate CDL A trucks for safe delivery, including forward/backward driving and maneuvering in tight spaces like dock areas.
• Unload and transport products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns into stores.
• Merchandise accounts to local standards: fill shelves, build displays, rotate stock, clean shelves, remove out-of-date items, and refill out-of-stocks.
• Execute promotions by setting up pricing signs, banners, and vending equipment.
• Generate invoices, settle daily cash and charges, and maintain accurate scan-in/scan-out records.
• Build positive relationships with store contacts through communication and attentiveness to needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hold a valid U.S. CDL A license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.

• Demonstrate ability to lift, push/pull high volumes of 20-45 lb cases repeatedly, with reaching, squatting, and bending in all weather.
