The Local Delivery Driver - CDL A (Relief Route) position at PepsiCo in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, is a full-time opportunity for skilled drivers to support our distribution network. Starting at $23.79 per hour, this role offers home daily schedules, weekly pay, and benefits from day one. As a relief driver, you'll fill in for regular drivers on varying routes, delivering refreshing beverages to convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores across diverse weather conditions. Expect 40+ hours per week, with 8+ hour shifts starting around 6am, five days a week, including Saturdays after an 8-week training period (Sundays off). Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on position, you'll play a vital role in PepsiCo's last-mile delivery excellence. Primary accountabilities include:

• Delivering products safely and executing all promotions to boost store sales.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift, adapting to dynamic dispatch as needed.
• Merchandising accounts to local standards: rotating stock, building displays, setting up pricing signs and banners, and maintaining coolers and vending equipment.
• Generating invoices, settling daily cash and charges accurately.
• Fostering positive working relationships with store management and primary contacts.
• Maintaining regular, reliable attendance while following all DOT regulations.

Physical demands are significant: lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases (20-45 lbs repeatedly), reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and in-store work.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates must meet these basic qualifications:

• Be 21 years or older.
• Hold a valid U.S. CDL A license or permit with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (specific rules apply in California locations, but this is Pennsylvania).
• Pass required drug test, physical capabilities test, DOT physical, and DOT Road Test.
• Communicate effectively in English for safety and customer interactions.

Helpful experience includes:

• Operating CDL trucks: driving forwards/backwards, maneuvering in tight spaces.
