Key Responsibilities

As a relief delivery driver, your primary accountabilities ensure seamless product distribution and store readiness:

• Deliver products safely and execute all promotions by the end of each shift.
• Service all scheduled customers on established or contingency routes via dynamic dispatch.
• Merchandise accounts to local standards, including rotating stock, filling shelves, coolers, and vending equipment.
• Build small displays, set up pricing signs, banners, and promotional materials.
• Generate invoices, handle daily settlement of cash and charges, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all DOT regulations, including physical and road test compliance.
• Foster positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account.

Expect frequent lifting of 20-45 pound cases, pushing/pulling loads, reaching, squatting, and bending throughout your shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

To qualify for this PepsiCo delivery driver role, candidates must meet these basic requirements:

• Be 21 years or older.
• Hold a valid U.S. CDL A license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (non-excepted intrastate accepted in most CA locations except Stockton).
• Pass required drug test, physical capabilities test, DOT physical, and DOT Road Test.
• Communicate effectively in English for customer interactions and safety.
