THE WORK

In this Administrative Support role, you will provide essential support to multiple directors and team members, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will support the Integrated Engineering and Land & Maritime Solutions teams, within the Training Logistics & Simulation line of business, plus ad-hoc support to our senior fellow.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Resolving priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
• Managing Outlook calendars, e-mail accounts, and conference room reservations.
• Arranging domestic and international travel, including preparing detailed itineraries.
• Preparing and submitting expense reimbursements.
• Creating and updating presentations and other documents as needed.
• Performing other general office duties to support the team’s success.
• Organizing large meetings, including all-hands, onsite and offsite meetings to include catering and social engagements
• Managing domestic and international customer visits
• Managing Teams sites and sharing relevant data on Teams channels

Basic Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of experience providing administrative support or a similar role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook including calendar management, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams
• Experience in managing e-mails, calendars, and schedules
• Experience with arranging travel and completing expense reports
• Exceptional organizational, communication and time-management skills (supporting multiple internal clients)
• Experience working independently and manage competing priorities.
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting senior leaders, managing leader's calendar and organizational requirements
• Experience in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• Proficient with Travel tools such as Concur reservations and expense reconciliation
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities with a wide-spread organization

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
