You will be the Assembler for the Production Assembly Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality electronic and mechanical assemblies that power critical systems.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Assembler you will be responsible for executing a range of production assembly operations, from repetitive tasks to more complex builds, using diagrams, hand and power tools, and ensuring each component meets strict quality standards.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Interpret engineering diagrams and drawings to create initial layouts and assemble modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

  • Operate hand and power tools, jigs, and saws while performing continuity checks on work‑in‑process and completed assemblies.

  • Conduct quality inspections in line with specifications and perform rework, modification, and testing of prototype assemblies as needed.

  • Maintain compliance with IPC‑620 and J‑STD‑001 standards and participate in the PMT process.

  • Make simple decisions on routine tasks and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in electrical assembly and soldering.
Must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Have completed and certified in classroom
electrical assembly and soldering training.
Trained to IPC-620 and J-STD-001. Perform
proficiently for a minimum of 3 months, actively
participate in the PMT process, perform routine,
repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent,
methods and processes are well established.
Makes simple decisions, but refers most to more
experienced person

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
