WHO YOU ARE
Perform contracts management functions supporting Advanced Programs for the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area at the King of Prussia facility in PA. Interested candidates will require an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access. Contracts management support will include capture activities through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company. Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of related professional experience with a Bachelors Degree or higher and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline

- Understanding of FAR/DFARS

- Negotiations Experience

- Top Secret Security Clearance w/ eligibility for SCI access
Desired Skills:
-Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Contracts policies and procedures,

- Prior experience supporting classified contracts, prior defense industry or Lockheed Martin experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: TS/SCI

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
