Description:Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Data Transfer Specialist in our Fort Worth location.
As a Data Transfer Specialist, you will oversee the secure collection, packaging, and distribution of technical data across multiple repositories. Your responsibilities include:
- Applying in depth knowledge of Technical Data Package (TDP) components to ensure all deliverables are complete, properly formatted, and accurately version controlled.
- Enforcing data security protocols, proprietary data markings, and ITAR restrictions throughout the transfer lifecycle to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
- Managing data handling workflows that support the Supply Chain, guaranteeing that every hand off complies with Lockheed Martin’s security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular audits and monitoring activities to identify and remediate potential data spill risks or non compliant handling before they impact downstream partners.
This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong familiarity with data governance policies, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, logistics, and legal teams to maintain continuous, compliant data flow services.

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of aerospace-related experience
- Experience using CAD software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
- CATIA V5 experience
- Experience using PLM system (PDM, Team Center, ADMS preferred)
- Experience handling ITAR and export-controlled information
- Familiarity with Technical Data Packages
- Strong customer service and excellent written/verbal communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
