Description:You will be the Electronics Technician Maintenance I for our team. Our team is responsible for performing duties supporting multiple Special Operations groups.


What You Will Be Doing

As the Electronics Technician Maintenance I, you will be responsible for applying basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks, following detailed instructions to complete tasks, and replacing components, wiring circuits, and repairing simple electronic equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Applying basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks.

Following detailed instructions to complete tasks.

Replacing components, wiring circuits, and repairing simple electronic equipment.

Taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes.

Working under close supervision and receiving technical guidance from a supervisor or higher-level technician.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE ABILITY TO WORK ALTERNATE SCHEDULES AS BUSINESS NEEDS DICTATE.
Basic Qualifications:
Equivalent experience/education combinations are permitted based on the typical minimums required for this job which are:

3 years of related experience in repairing, replacing, and rebuilding electrical system wiring, connectors, and components using hand tools, and power tools. and applicable test equipment.

Experience in utilizing electrical test equipment such as digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes.

Must be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
Desired Skills:
Soldering experience.

Prior harness fabrication experience.

Proficient in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.

Experience operating and maintaining wire marking systems.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
