Description:

You will be the F-16 Production Hydrazine/Flightline Technician- Lvl 3 for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team. Our team is responsible for Hydrazine Response, Flightline maintenance, and delivery of F-16 aircraft to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As the F-16 Production Hydrazine/Flightline Technician- Lvl 3 hybrid position you would combine responsibilities and skillsets from Avionics Technician, Mechanic A&P, and Fuel Cell Mechanic disciplines, while performing Hydrazine response/maintenance.

Candidates must meet the below requirements:
•Must be HRT certified within 6 months of acceptance of role and remain current with all training- Refer to Section 2.0 Training Requirements GOP-15.
•Maintain a State of Readiness to perform the requirements of this position which includes:
1. Clean shaven/Respirator ready at all times
A. Change in medical history reporting for evaluation of compliance.

2. Maintain Current on all Hydrazine Medical and training requirements listed in GOP-15 section 2.0

**Compliance with these essential job requirements is mandatory, and any failure to do so will be addressed promptly and may result in severe consequences, up to and including termination.**

The candidate will be required to:
• Comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, twist, and work on or in the aircraft.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.
• Properly use, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and toxic or caustic chemicals per Government regulations and company procedures
•Mission essential functions and other duties may be assigned as required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed to perform job tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
6-8 years of Aviation Maintenance experience with Hydrazine training/experience and/or Relevant Completed hydrazine response classes with related Flightline Experience.
Desired Skills:
F-16, fighter or military aircraft Flightline/PHASE experience

Military/Commercial aircraft assembly, maintenance and/or modification experience preferred.

Craftsman level (5-level USAF) or similar from Navy, Army, Marines or A&P qualifications

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, understanding symbols, flags, and general notes

Aircraft Delivery Production Experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
