Description:What You Will Be Doing

F-35 Final Assy Systems Checkout - Manages the analysis and designing of sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and the establishment of methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

Position will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key deliverables pertaining to schedule management, cost control, cost reduction, capacity/resource planning, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, monitors the development and implementation plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline.

- Functional application of Industrial Engineering tools and techniques in an Assembly or Delivery Operations environment; which could include, production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planning.

- Experience managing metrics and reporting tools to ensure elements of cost, schedule, quality, safety, and workforce are designed into the production decisions and forecasts.
Desired Skills:
- Prior leadership or technical lead experience

- Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes

- Project management experience

- Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)

- Experience working with Manufacturing Systems; which could include SAP, SFM, CAPP, ECM, iBaseT, Apriso, 3DX or XVE.

- Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)

- Data Analytics Processes and tools experience: One or more of the following; Regression analysis, statistical process control, data mining, SQL, R, Cobra, Python, Tableau.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
