Description:

You will be the Inventory Control Specialist for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for maintaining precise inventory control, supporting shop‑floor production, and ensuring seamless material flow across the facility.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Inventory Control Specialist you will be responsible for managing materials, tools, and parts throughout the production process while upholding strict cost‑control and reporting standards.



Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Load, unload, store, issue, and deliver a wide variety of materials, tools, parts, and equipment while maintaining accurate production and cost control records.

  • Collect required materials, tools, and blueprints for parts or assemblies and coordinate their movement using SAP and manual processes.

  • Operate lifting and loading equipment, including occasional use of hand/power tools and saws, and handle hazardous materials when needed.

  • Arrange materials on racks, bins, and shelves to maximize storage efficiency and support shop personnel in material movement.

  • Prepare and complete all required paperwork, logs, and electronic records to ensure traceability and compliance.

Basic Qualifications:
• High School degree or equivalent and twelve
months related experience required.
• Prior warehousing experience.
• Prior experience operating a forklift.
• Must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd
shift according to the Collective Bargaining
Agreement.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility
requirements

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
