Description:What You Will Be Doing
F-35 HT & VT Coatings Build team Manager leads represented personnel, leaders, and support personnel in production of F-35 LO assemblies
• Manages F-35 spares and customer repair orders in support of F-35 Global Sustainment operations
• Manages work priority assignments in support of F-35 Production Operations
• Uses earned value management tools to oversee production task performance
• Responsible for departmental performance relative to quality, cost, & schedule targets
• Fosters a safety first culture and implements and oversees continuous improvement activities
• Responsible for ensuring FOD, Tooling, & 6S requirements are met and maintained

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action principles

Experience with lean manufacturing principles

Bachelor's degree applicable to the position
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication skills

Leadership experience in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, and/or production operations

Experience with Low Observable coatings and quality processes

Experience working with or managing bargaining unit labor resources

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
