Description:

You will be the Manufacturing Painter A for the Paint and Coating Team. Our team is responsible for planning, developing, setting up, and performing a variety of paint and coating operations that support high‑performance aerospace hardware.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Painter A you will be responsible for operating and configuring paint and coating equipment, ensuring every job meets precise specifications and safety standards.



Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Operate and set up all associated paint and coating equipment, including conveyors and automated painting systems.

  • Lay out patterns, perform doping, sealant, mixing, and stripping operations to comply with specifications.

  • Maintain equipment, required records, logs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for hazardous materials.

  • Provide assistance and on‑the‑job training to teammates as needed.

  • Escalate technical information to the leadman or supervisor when required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance to start.


Basic Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent.

One (1) to three (3) years experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
