THE WORK

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Metrics & Data Analyst Engineering Records Senior.

As a member of Data Analyst Engineering team, you will:

• Assist in conducting statistical analysis for accurate predictive forecasting and classification
• Assist with end to end data processing, including custom report building functions
• Maintain analytical systems, verify data integrity, and serve as the business liaison

Basic Qualifications:
• 1 or more years of experience with metrics and data analysis
• Experience extracting and interpreting data from multiple systems
• Experience creating and communicating project metrics (schedule, cost, performance) for projects
• Experience suggesting changes to processes while taking into account upstream and downstream effects
• Experience sharing data and working with team members in cross functional areas
Desired Skills:
• Experience using data visualization
• Experience with Tableau, Excel, or Airtable
• Familiarity with MS Access Databases

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
