Description:What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure Production Accuracy – Work closely with engineering teams to confirm that build processes meet design specifications.
• Support Quality & Compliance – Partner with Quality and Material Review Board (MRB) teams to assess non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Engage with Customers & Auditors – Serve as a liaison with DCMA and external customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with program and contractual standards.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and quality enhancements within manufacturing operations.

Provide backup leadership support when needed, including lining out crew for that day

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing role supporting shop floor execution
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Desired Skills:
• Experience in F-35 production or within regulated industries such as aerospace or defense
• Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or coaching team members
• Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP, SFM, QADS, VAS, and JEDI or similar industry equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance
• Experience reviewing work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or aerospace manufacturing or production operations
• Ability to identify defective parts or workmanship issues, and determine root cause and potential corrective actions
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and planning documents in a professional setting

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
