Job Description


Description:You will be the Program Manager for our team. Our team is responsible for providing direct support to the SOF GLSS Off-Site Support Program Manager and supporting the day-to-day operation of task order management.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for serving as a liaison between project management and the project team, assisting with processing authorization and contractual documents, and functioning as a member of an integrated project team to assess project issues and assist with developing resolutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Serving as a liaison between project management and the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
-Assisting with processing authorization and contractual documents, including cost estimates, limitation of cost/funds letters, material disposition requests, project status reports, budget tracking, and labor/material purchase requests.
-Performing data entry and executing management reports to support project management and decision-making.
Assessing project issues and assisting with developing resolutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
-Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement process improvements.

is extremely fast-paced and demanding
* Must hold a Top Secret level
security clearance
*Experience with level of effort (LOE) task order
requirements under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee IDIQ
contract
*Experience working with a cross-functional
