Description:

You will be the Project Manager/Engineer Staff for the Upper Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense Production Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge missile defense solutions and supporting critical co‑production initiatives with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Project Manager/Engineer Staff you will be responsible for leading high‑impact projects that transition know‑how, establish production environments in KSA, and mentor colleagues across the enterprise.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead and manage co‑production and second‑sourcing efforts for the KSA contract.

  • Conduct supplier evaluations and oversee initial supplier management in Saudi Arabia.

  • Interpret project schedules, ensure milestone adherence, and drive risk mitigation across U.S. sites.

  • Mentor and coach team members, facilitating knowledge transfer and production‑line start‑up.

  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start.


Basic Qualifications:
Must have the ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance prior to starting

Bachelors degree from an accredited college

Must have thorough knowledge of cost, schedule,
quality, and safety in a production environment

Experience with transitioning programs from
development to production

Understands Lean Six Sigma

Demonstrated experience collaborating with Program
Management and all program functions to ensure all
customer requirements are achieved within the
appropriate business controls

SAP/MRP experience

Demonstrated effective communication skills including
verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations
Desired Skills:
Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial
Engineering

Production experience with UTIAMD Family of
Programs

Experience managing production risk mitigation
activities

Proven ability to recognize potential production issues
during design and development and performing
production readiness assessments

CAM/EVMS experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
