Description:

You will be the Proposal Analyst for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for delivering compelling, win‑focused proposals that align with customer requirements and Lockheed Martin’s strategic goals.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Proposal Analyst you will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end development of proposals, ensuring every cost, schedule, and technical element meets the RFP specifications.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Develop, plan, and schedule proposal timelines.

  • Compile cost, schedule, and technical data in accordance with RFP requirements.

  • Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, and performance information from functional departments.

  • Research historical data and build cost models to support proposal efforts.

  • Participate in fact‑finding meetings, should‑cost reviews, and contract‑negotiation activities.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
1 or more years experience in finance, proposal, government contracting, etc.
Knowledge, experience or understanding of Pro-Pricer
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge with EFS/BOE system
Proficient communication skills and/or Pro-pricer.
Windows Office excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of LM financial tools specifically EFS and/or Pro-pricer.
Clearance Level: None

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
