Description:You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for our Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for driving digital transformation and deploying future toolsets to enhance our quality engineering processes.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Engineer Senior, you will be responsible for leading Functional Quality Engineering efforts, focusing on digital transformation and future tool deployment initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping our quality engineering processes and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Understanding and analyzing Quality Engineering processes and procedures
-Organizing and deploying QA tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-STEM Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

-Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a secret clearance

-Knowledgeable of AS9100 standard and implementation of Quality Management System

-Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for development of quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection and test of manufactured products (electronic assemblies)

-Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action planning

-Understanding of Configuration Management and control processes

-Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

-Ability to travel (up to 20%)
Desired Skills:
-STEM bachelors degree or higher preferred.

-Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T)

-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification or ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)

-Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical / process issues varying from basic to very complex

-Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality experience as well as experience with developing and reviewing Quality Standards, methods, work instructional and procedures for inspection

-An understanding of the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) SAP

-Experience and Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
