Lockheed Martin is seeking a Passive Hardware Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, for the RF Sensor Product center Internal Research and Development effort and program execution scope.

What You Will Be Doing

The candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the technical execution of the development of Passive Sensor hardware technologies and delivery of these technology to program adopters.

Candidate will be responsible for achieving technical, schedule, and cost performance objectives for the development scope and communicating technical status and issues to program and functional leadership as well as customers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related technical field

-Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen.

- Minimum of 14 years of experience in RF or Hardware engineering, with a focus on design, development, and testing of RF components and subsystems

- Demonstrated experience leading a team to develop RF or hardware products
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

-Active DOD Secret Clearance.

- Advanced knowledge of RF principles

- Experience in radar design and theory of operation

- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Control Account Management Experience

- Experience with supplier management

- Previous Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) experience

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to technical challenges
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
