You will be the System Integration & Test Engineer & Tech Lead for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) – F 22 System Integration & Test (SI&T) team. Our team is responsible for mission system capability integration, maturation, and regression testing that supports all F 22 modernization efforts, ensuring new capabilities are verified and field ready.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a System Integration & Test Engineer & Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading system level functional testing and integration activities while providing technical direction to the team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and executing system level functional test plans and regression tests to validate F 22 mission system performance.
• Developing and maintaining test procedures and configurations that support capability integration and maturation.
• Leading technical efforts by guiding engineers in test implementation, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating corrective actions across hardware, software, and simulation domains.
• Analyzing test data and producing clear reports that drive engineering decisions and inform modernization roadmaps.
• Collaborating with cross functional partners (software, hardware, requirements, and program teams) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program schedules.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
