You will be a Data Analyst (Systems Engineer Sr) for the ISE (Integrated System Evaluation) team. Our team is part of the Systems Engineering organization.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Data Analyst, you will serve as a domain analyst in one of the domains listed below. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience in one of the following domain disciplines: Weapons, Fusion/Sensors, or CNI/Datalinks to drive technical excellence in analysis and evaluation.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will provide lab and flight test analysis, evaluation, and development of analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a domain analyst for the Analytics and Analysis (A&A) team within ISE, providing knowledgeable guidance in one of the listed domain disciplines (Weapons, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Electro Optical, Communications, Navigation, and Data Links)
• Define analytics and analysis needs/requirements for tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional discipline teams to integrate and test analytics, provide analysis, ensuring seamless compliance with requirements and specifications
• Develop and review comprehensive technical analysis reports and assessments
• Participate in design reviews, test readiness reviews, and other technical meetings to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications
• Use common and innovative analysis methods and techniques
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet their needs

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, etc.), Mathematics, or similar STEM field from an accredited college
• One of the following Sensor / System / Platform (Weapons, Fusion/Sensors, or CNI/Datalinks) knowledge/experience
• Demonstrated experience in analysis and critical thinking
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process
• SECRET security clearance with investigation within the last 5 years

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
